Specialized Services
Gymnastics Rehabilitation

Learn gymnastics specific strengthening and return to sport progressions to get back to full routines safely.
Wrestling Rehabilitation

Practice strengthening exercises to simulate all positions and determine readiness for return to partner drills and live wrestling.
Performing Arts

Incorporate specific exercises for your style of dance to get you back to performing at full strength.
Dry Needling

Trigger point dry needling involves placing a small filament needle into a painful trigger point in a muscle. This can improve the mobility of the muscle and decrease pain.
Infants with Torticollis

Newborns can develop a preference to look towards one side asymmetrically, which can be addressed in physical therapy with positioning techniques, tummy time strategies and parent/family education.
Return to Sport Testing

A full battery of sport specific testing will be utilized to determine return to sport readiness at various points throughout the rehab process. Track progress throughout your recovery, work hard on your exercises in between sessions and get back to playing your sport as quickly and as safely as possible!
